Payment Instruments: Includes debit/credit cards, UPI, IMPS, wallets, or any other recognized modes. Transaction Amount: The total value paid by a User during a transaction.
3. User Responsibilities Users must provide true, complete, and accurate information for transactions and communications. You agree not to misuse the Platform or engage in fraudulent activities. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.
4. Prohibited Activities You agree not to: Use the Platform for illegal or unauthorized purposes. Attempt to bypass any security feature. Upload malicious content. Impersonate others or provide false information. Disrupt the Platform or its services.
5. Payment Terms All payments made through Razorpay or any other integrated gateway are subject to validation by the payment provider. We do not store payment credentials and disclaim liability for unauthorized transactions.
6. Refunds & Cancellations Refunds, if applicable, will be governed by our Refund Policy. Refunds will be processed only in the event of service unavailability or other specific issues, and at our sole discretion.
7. Limitation of Liability We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the Transaction Amount paid.
8. Reviews & Feedback You may leave reviews subject to the following: Reviews must be honest and not defamatory or abusive. We reserve the right to moderate, reject, or remove reviews at our discretion.
9. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to arbitration in Bengaluru, India, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
